**Description** **The opportunity**:
We are seeking for a professional who will support the logistics function of our High Voltage business unit in Lodi. **How you'll make an impact**
- Coordinate shipments across multiple modes of transport (air freight, sea freight, road freight) according to customer requirements; ensure safe transit times are met while maintaining quality standards.
- Manage relationships with carriers/forwarders to secure best rates and services.
- Monitor progress of shipments through tracking systems and liaise with relevant parties when necessary.
- Organize customs clearance procedures at origin or destination countries.
- Arrange insurance coverage for goods during transit.
- Prepare documents required for export/import processes.
- Collaborate with other departments regarding inventory management and supply chain optimization strategies.
- Maintain accurate records related to logistics activities.
- Provide support to sales team by arranging sample shipments.




- Assist finance department in resolving any issues arising from invoices or payments related to logistics operations. **Your background**: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or equivalent field preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written & verbal.
- Ability to work under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
- Detail oriented mindset with attention to accuracy and data integrity.
- Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles helpful but not essential.
