We're Hiring a Founding SDR at Olostep

Olostep is building the gateway to the world’s information for agents. We help the world's best startups turn the web into clean, structured data with our web search, scraping and crawling API.

Think of us as the infrastructure layer for the new user of the Web: AI agents.

We're trusted by incredible teams like Podqi, Gumloop , AirOps and many more.

We're currently in a scaling phase and need a founding SDR to partially own our outbound pipeline.

What You Will Do

- Build lead lists and prospect into technical buyers (CTOs, Heads of Engineering etc) at AI startups and scale-ups
- Book qualified meetings for our founding team
- Own the CRM and keep our pipeline clean and up to date




- Work directly with the founding team to refine our outbound messaging and strategy

What You Won't Do

- Take discovery or demo calls (that's for the founding team)

What We Are Looking For

- Hunger and grit: You're not afraid of "no" and you're obsessed with hitting targets
- Eagerness to learn: You're a constant learner, know how to take feedback and apply it immediately
- A recent sales track record with clear, verifiable numbers "preferrable"
- Experience selling to technical decision makers

The Commitment

This is a fully paid 30 day trial period. We'll work side by side for your first week to get you ramped quickly.

If we hit milestones, we convert to a tempo pieno role with a competitive base.
