In this role, you apply advanced analytics to real-world business problems across industries and help scale AI-driven solutions. You’ll work within BCG X to design algorithms, develop and deploy models, and enable clients and colleagues to embrace data science. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to thought leadership and industry-shifting AI initiatives. Responsabilità

- Master's or PhD in a relevant field
- Strong experience applying advanced analytics to business problems
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Excellent ability to communicate complex data science concepts clearly
- Strong project management skills
- Experience with modern development tools and collaborative coding (DevOps experience a plus)
- Deep understanding of modern machine learning techniques and their business implications
