Experteer Overview

In this role, you will manage financial performance analysis and cost accounting for IT services within Generali’s Operations Platform. You will support budgeting and forecasting, verify expenditures, and work with chargeback and controlling teams to present results to local customers. You’ll analyze production efficiency and ensure accurate monthly and year-end reporting, while performing ad hoc validations on contracts and projects. This position offers impact by driving cost control and financing accuracy in a multinational context.

- Analyze financial performance, including variance analysis and cost accounting reports for assigned service categories
- Support annual budgets and forecasts; monitor budget vs expenditures in controlling tools




- Assess production efficiency and cost data; ensure completeness of monthly and year-end financial reporting
- Provide ad hoc financial validation on selected topics (contracts, projects)
- Create shopping carts and book invoices in the accounting system ensuring compliance with processes

Responsabilità

- Bachelor in Accounting or Finance or Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a controller in production and standard costing analysis
- Strong data analysis with ability to validate data, identify root causes and derive insights
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Professional language skills in Italian and English
- Working knowledge of ERP/Financial Systems (plus)
