As a Field Service Engineer, you enable a flawless fitness experience by repairing and maintaining Technogym equipment on-site. You work within the Services team to meet customer SLAs and drive reliable, high-quality service. You will perform root-cause analyses, diagnose issues, and implement effective solutions with hands‑on technical skills. This role offers hands‑on impact across diverse sites, contributing to customer satisfaction and equipment performance in a global brand. - Perform on-site repairs and maintenance to meet customer SLAs
- Conduct root‑cause analysis and identify proper parts and solutions
- Manage stock and inventory of parts
- Educate customers on technical use and care of equipment
- Document work orders and service reports according to procedures
- Schedule and communicate on‑site visits and ETA with customers
- Perform light preventive maintenance and issue proactive detections
- Escalate issues when needed and report service data per procedures




- Maintain safety of equipment and vehicles per Health & Safety rules
- Attend training on new technologies and product releases
- Develop and maintain Master Certification level for elite expertise

Responsabilità

- 3–5 years in a similar field service or technical maintenance role
- Strong mechanical skills with hands‑on experience in machinery or fitness equipment
- Basic electronics/electrical troubleshooting knowledge
- Proven ability to identify, test, and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Experience with hand tools, measuring instruments, and mobile diagnostic apps
- Knowledge of IT networking or connected devices (a plus)
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Experience managing service visits and maintenance orders
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Teamwork mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
