IL Cosmetics Italy, based in Romanengo (CR), is part of one of the major European subcontractors in the makeup industry. The IL Cosmetics Group, headquartered in Luxembourg, is recognized as a worldwide supplier focused on color cosmetics, specializing in Nails, Eyes, Lips, and, more recently, Face makeup categories. We are looking for a proactive, organized, and independent **HR & Admin Officer** to join our team in Romanengo (CR). This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities across human resources, financial administration, and general office management, ensuring the efficient functioning of our organization. **Key Responsibilities**: - Support HR operations, including maintaining the badging system, downloading payroll reports, and monitoring employee schedules and working hours.
- Handle monthly payroll invoicing and ensure accurate and timely processing of salary-related documentation.
- Assist with general finance tasks, such as invoice management and basic financial reporting.
- Perform a range of administrative duties,



including organizing records, preparing reports, and coordinating with the Luxembourg office on operational matters.
- Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day HR and administrative queries. **Your Profile**: - Good experience in HR and administrative roles.
- Good command of English (mandatory).
- Organized, independent, and capable of managing tasks autonomously.
- Confident and assertive, with the ability to handle challenges and collaborate effectively.
