As a Product Developer/Manager specializing in eyewear, your primary responsibility is to oversee the development and management of a range of products. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing & Product Officer, this role requires a deep understanding of safety standards, market trends, and customer needs, as well as strong project management skills to bring new products from concept to market. Product Development
- Research and identify market trends;
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to conceptualize and develop new products that meet safety standards and address customer needs;
- Manage the product development process from ideation through prototyping, testing, and final production, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. Safety Compliance
- Stay up-to-date on industry safety standards and regulations, ensuring all products comply with relevant requirements;

- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and expansion in the market, including assessing competitor products and pricing strategies;

Requirements and qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in engineering, product design, business, or related field, advanced degree preferred;
- Proven experience (5+ years) in product development and management;

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and customer feedback to drive product strategy;
