Experteer Overview

In this role you drive growth for key end‑user customers within your region, building deep relationships and positioning Schneider Electric as the supplier of choice. You manage a diverse portfolio, identify new opportunities, and coordinate cross‑functional support to deliver integrated electrical, automation, and software solutions. You’ll lead annual business plans, manage quotes, and provide timely forecasts, contributing to profitable growth and an outstanding customer experience. This role combines strategic relationship building with hands‑on solution selling at scale.

- Own and manage a diverse portfolio of end user key accounts as a solution sales advisor
- Promote the full Schneider Electric offer and drive a team selling approach
- Develop annual business plans for key customers to drive profit, volume and market share




- Lead quotations process and follow‑up to secure orders and timely payment
- Provide accurate and timely reports/forecasts
- Improve customer experience and profitability through strong internal and external relationships
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align customer needs with offerings

Responsabilità

- Proven success in building strategic relationships with key decision makers
- Experience selling a technology‑based commercial solution and managing the full sales cycle
- Experience selling/presenting to C‑level executives
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, entrepreneurial attitude, energetic and team‑oriented
- Fluency in Italian
- Willingness to travel within the region
