What you’ll do:
- You will join the team of Online Gaming reporting directly to Casino Product Manager;- You will manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and successful products launches;- You will monitor product performance, KPIs and drive continuous improvement in product offerings;- You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to promote products and enhance the user experience;- You will have the opportunity to be involved in an international and dynamic environment and to work closely also with global group teams to collaborate on global product initiatives, sharing insights and strategies; Who you are:
- You bring at least 5 years of experience as Business Development/Online Product lead/manager or Consultant/managerial role in top consulting firms (Experience in Gaming industry is a plus)- You hold a degree in Management, Engineering, Innovation, Technology,



or a related field.- You excel in task and time management, have strong analytical skills, and have a good understanding of digital platforms and channels.- You are fluent in both English and Italian, spoken and written.- You have a good functional and business-oriented background with a passion for technology, digital channels, and platforms. You stay curious and up-to-date with trends in the digital and gaming industries.- You are skilled at interacting with different stakeholders, independent, comfortable working with top & mid-level manager. Project management, data analysis & reporting and business modeling are mandatory skills.- You are independent and proactive, yet collaborative, always helping your team to achieve common goals.
