Experteer Overview. As Director, Portfolio Project Management & Process Excellence, you drive a strategic portfolio across Global Distribution & Customer Logistics Excellence to enable supply continuity and growth. You collaborate with senior leaders to translate strategy into prioritized initiatives and governance. You lead cross-functional programs, optimize resource use, and ensure regulatory alignment in a medical devices environment. You shape project management maturity and deliver measurable impact across manufacturing, planning, and logistics.

- Establish portfolio management standards, cadence, reporting, prioritization, resource allocation, risk management, and performance metrics

- Identify interdependencies and risks across initiatives; recommend mitigation and optimization
- Provide executive communication through portfolio dashboards, insights, and leadership recommendations

- Drive adoption of project and portfolio management best practices, tools, and methodologies
- Ensure projects comply with quality, regulatory, and governance requirements in a regulated medical device environment

Responsibilities

- 8-10 years of progressive experience in project, program, or portfolio management within supply chain, operations, manufacturing, or related environment
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional portfolios with significant business impact
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management, including influencing at senior leadership level
- Proven ability to establish governance, prioritize initiatives, and manage resources across competing demands
- Experience in regulated environments (medical devices, pharmaceuticals, life sciences)
- Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving capabilities
