Experteer Overview

As Data Governance Expert, you will lead the data governance framework across IT, ensuring quality, security and compliance for enterprise systems in cloud and on‑premise environments. You will align data policies with the digital strategy while collaborating with IT, business stakeholders and partners to enable our transformation initiatives. You will influence data architecture, policy, and processes to support AI, automation and advanced analytics programs.

This role offers impact across scalable platforms and a chance to shape data governance for a decarbonisation-focused organization.

Responsibilities

- Translate business requirements into technically sound data solutions and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture
- Act as liaison between business stakeholders, ICT teams and external partners
- Scout, assess and prototype emerging technologies (AI, GenAI, automation, advanced analytics) and support PoC initiatives
- Manage end-to-end data pipelines including preprocessing and feature engineering




- Design and implement predictive models and evaluate AI/ML solutions (including LLMs and computer vision)
- Collaborate on cloud deployments (AWS, Azure) and apply modern DevOps practices (Git, Docker)
- Assess cost-vantaggi, ROI and long-term maintenance for digital initiatives
- Contribute to business cases for digital investments

Qualifications

- Master's degree or PhD in technical-scientific disciplines (preferred fields listed in ad)
- Predictive analytics, deep learning and AI experience
- Programming in Python, R, SQL
- Experience with Copilot Studio, N8N, Git, Docker and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google)
- Data preprocessing, feature engineering and complex dataset management
- English proficiency
- Multidisciplinary teamwork and strong communication
