Overview For our office in Pero (MI), we are looking for a Customer Service Specialist who will join the Supply Chain/Export Customer Service Department .

The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for the Supply Chain customer interface (order-to-invoice and collaboration). Her/his aim is to maximize customer satisfaction, service level and collaboration, while minimizing total-cost-to-serve and inefficiencies.

Responsibilities Proactively ensure order processing and follow up until the delivery resolving any difficulty in the process

Communicate with sales and production to clarify any misunderstanding in order processing

Proactively communicate with customers in order to understand sales trend and anticipate service issues

Efficiently answer to the client requirements (deadlines, shortages, information, disputes)

Establish relationship with the client in order to optimize the service level

Ensure timely launch of new product introductions at our customers and minimize write offs and returns





Record analyse and follow up the disputes situations (complains, deductions, returns, etc.) in accordance with the Customer Service Manager, the logistic and the sales teams

Ideal candidate Degree in the Humanities/Economics field;

Excellent knowledge of English and French;

Great communication and interpersonal skills;

Knowledge of SAP is a plus;

Excel knowledge is a plus;

Good interpersonal skills, team player

Able to simplify and prioritize to make sure the most pressing issues get accomplished first
