Mission

The Content Production Intern sits within the HQ Content Service and supports 360° the Team in order to deliver every project concerning Marketing&Comm; materials production.

Key Accountabilities

- Support the Content Team in the execution of day-to-day content activities.
- Support the team in monitoring project timelines and tracking deliverables to help ensure deadlines are met.
- Provide organizational and logistical support to the Content Director and the wider Content Team.
- Assist in the preparation and on-site management of photo shoots, supporting content production activities.
- Liaise with external agencies and suppliers, supporting the coordination of content development and production processes.
- Contribute to the preparation of content briefs, presentations, and project documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Marketing & Communications, including Digital, PR, and Trade Marketing, to support integrated communication initiatives.
- Assist in gathering, organizing,



and managing content assets and materials across different projects and communication channels.
- Support the creation, adaptation, and review of content for digital and offline communication channels.
- Assist in the management and maintenance of content calendars and editorial planning activities.
- Support content performance monitoring and reporting activities, helping identify opportunities for optimization.
- Support in coordinating sample logistics across different collections, monitoring arrivals, returns, and inventory.
- Assist in the scouting and database management of emerging creative talents and production suppliers, including photographers, videographers, set designers, stylists etc.
