As Milan City Manager, you lead Stella McCartney stores to achieve sales and qualitative targets while delivering an outstanding in-store experience. You act as brand ambassador, guiding diverse teams across multiple Milan locations to align with brand strategy and store standards. You drive revenue growth, optimize costs and stock, and coach staff to deliver exceptional client experiences. This role combines leadership, commercial acumen, and client relationship building in a luxury context.

- Drive annual sales targets and forecasts in line with company guidelines
- Analyze store KPIs and implement action plans
- Lead, coach and appraise store teams across Milan locations
- Recruit, plan rosters, and manage staff development and performance
- Deliver Stella McCartney Client Experience and ensure adherence to brand standards
- Oversee store operations: stock, VM, pricing, inventories, and compliance
- Manage events, clienteling initiatives, and VIP client relationships
- Monitor and optimize margins, costs, and store budgets
- Coordinate with Buyers, CRM, Marketing, and People Partner on training and initiatives




- Ensure high standards of store image, health/safety, and visual merchandising
- Maintain effective internal communication and daily briefings with staff
- Lead in-store communications and information flow across locations
- Oversee external relations and local activities in the competitive luxury market
- Ensure accurate use of POS, Clienteling App, and CRM tools
- Liaise with regional marketing and events teams for store initiatives
- Deliver performance-driven leadership and strategic store development

Responsabilità

- Previous experience in a similar leadership role in luxury retail
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Established portfolio of local and international luxury clients in Milan
- Proven track record of delivering commercial results and retail excellence
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to build credibility with team and external partners
- Strategic mindset with focus on results and growth
- Creative with strong product sense and style
