3. Identify possible data gaps and design data collection methods to bridge the gaps (through surveys, interviews, etc) in order to complete the findings and lessons learned.
4. Develop draft analytical outputs (reports, summaries, briefing notes) for review by the Lessons Learned Officer.
5. Prepare high-quality written products with minimal supervision, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with WFP standards.
6. Support the organisation and documentation of engagement activities (e.g. workshops, consultations), including note-taking and consolidation of outcomes.
7. Maintain structured repositories of inputs and findings, ensuring traceability and accessibility of information.
8. Coordinate directly with CMS focal points, workstream leads, and business units, as needed, to obtain relevant inputs.
9. Operate with a high degree of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive organisational information.
DELIVERABLES AT THE END OF THE CONTRACT:
• Consolidated datasets and structured documentation of lessons learned inputs.
• Draft lessons learned reports and analytical summaries.
