AILGOS is looking for a Business Development Partner – Luxury Fit-Out & International Markets

We are looking for an ambitious business professional who wants to develop an international business opportunity and be rewarded based on results.

AILGOS operates in the luxury fit-out, high-end interiors and Made in Italy sector, delivering tailor-made solutions for luxury residences, hospitality, hotels, villas and international developments, with a strong focus on the Middle East and global markets.

We are seeking a Business Development Partner with a strong commercial mindset and the ability to create new opportunities, build relationships and generate new projects.

Main responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets.

Build relationships with investors, developers, architects, designers, contractors and luxury clients.

Represent AILGOS and introduce our capabilities to potential partners and clients.

Manage the commercial process from first contact to business development.

Ideal profile

Proven experience in business development, sales or international markets.

Existing network in luxury, real estate,



hospitality, architecture, design or construction sectors is highly appreciated.

Entrepreneurial mindset and strong negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and achieve measurable results.

The collaboration model

This is a Partita IVA / independent business collaboration.

We do not offer a fixed salary.

We offer an attractive commission-based model, with incentives linked to successful projects and the possibility to build a long-term strategic partnership with AILGOS.
