Experteer Overview

In this role you support high-profile real estate projects by identifying risks and opportunities in feasibility studies and transactions. You verify building components, inspect sites, and analyze data rooms to deliver clear technical findings to clients. You work with a multidisciplinary, international team and contribute to value through due diligence and redevelopment analyses. This is a hands‑on position with growth potential in a dynamic, client‑centric practice.

Responsabilità

- 3–5 years' experience in Technical Due Diligence in real estate or related practices
- Knowledge of national and regional urban planning and building codes
- Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and exercise sound judgment
- Excellent English (B2/C1) and fluent Italian
- Willingness to travel nationally for inspections from Milan
- MEP knowledge a plus
