Your role

Industrial Vision Engineer – Industrial Inspection Italy R&D; team, Agordo.

- Develop applications for the industrial inspection of frames and lenses.
- Design and prototype vision systems, including optics, lighting, and camera hardware.
- Create and maintain full‑stack software tools for vision‑based inspection.
- Define requirements and technical specifications for human‑machine interface (HMI) programming.
- Install, test, and commission vision systems.
- Manage software development suppliers for industrial automation projects.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary technical teams and global R&D; partners.
- Provide technical support as needed.

Main Requirements

- Background in industrial inspection, particularly defect detection, geometric inspection, presence/absence of components, and optical power inspection.
- Color inspection experience is a plus.
- Strong programming and software design skills for vision systems, with a git‑based development workflow.
- Advanced knowledge of C++ and Python,



and familiarity with Visual Studio; HTML, C#, JavaScript knowledge is a nice to have.
- Experience in optics and lighting applied to industrial vision systems.
- Good knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as Ethernet‑IP, OPC, and CIP.
- Flexible and adaptable in a constantly changing environment.
- Proactive time and activity management.
- Solution‑oriented mindset.

Salary Package

Annual Gross Salary: €36,000 – €50,000.
