For our client, a shipping company, we are seeking an Assistant Technical Superintendent.

Main responsibilities:

- Monitoring the technical condition of the fleet;
- Supporting the management of planned and corrective maintenance activities;
- Analyzing and handling technical issues reported by vessels;
- Liaising with Masters and Chief Engineers;
- Participating in onboard visits, audits, and inspections;
- Assisting in the planning and management of dry dock projects and shipyard repairs.

Requirements:

- Seagoing experience as a Second Engineer Officer or Third Engineer Officer, preferably on Oil & Chemical Tankers. Applications from Chief Engineers will also be considered, provided they are aligned with the proposed career development path;
- Good command of both English and Italian;
- Willingness to relocate to Ravenna, Italy;




- Availability to travel frequently, mainly within the Mediterranean, Black Sea, Northern Europe, and Baltic regions, for technical visits, inspections, maintenance activities, and dry dock projects.

What we offer:

- Gross annual salary between €45,000 and €60,000, depending on experience, skills, and potential;
