YOUR TASKS You will work closely with the Hotel Manager to ensure a smooth daily routine You are the point of contact for all beverage and food suppliers and keep an eye on inventory levels and costs, you are also responsible for monthly reporting You ensure the implementation, execution and further development of the MEININGER quality standards, taking into account given guidelines You will be responsible for leading the F&B; team as well as recruiting and developing your team members You enjoy working in a diverse environment and are flexible to changing working hours such as weekends and weekdays as well as day and night shifts You are a warm host who prepares a unique stay for our guests YOUR PROFILE You have 3-5 years of professional experience in hotels, hostels and/or a restaurant, including several years of experience in a management position or as a shift leader You enjoy leading a diverse,
