TXT E-Tech, part of the TXT Group, is looking for a Courseware Developer who will be responsible for developing multimedia training content in the SCORM standard.
Responsibilities
- Development of Learning Objects (LO) for Computer-Based Training (CBT) compliant with SCORM standards (1.2 and 2004).
- Technology and Navigation: LO will be developed using HTML5 technology with a responsive approach, including the navigation interface.
- Storyboard Analysis: Interpretation of Storyboards (STBs) for the technical translation of instructional objectives into interactive flows.
- Multimedia Production: Creation and optimization of 2D/3D assets and management of video workflows (screen capturing and editing) for integration into the LO.
- Audio/Video Post-Production: Digitalization of audio content (voice-over, track cleaning) and subtitling.
Technical Requirements
Aviation Skills
- In-depth knowledge of fixed‑wing aircraft systems architecture, including avionics, onboard systems, and propulsion.
- CBT Development & Authoring Tools.
- Developing SCORM-compliant CBTs using Adobe Captivate 7 or later.
Video & Multimedia
- Screen capturing and video editing with Camtasia and Adobe Premiere.
- Video Post‑Production.
- Motion graphics and visual effects using Adobe After Effects.
- Audio & Subtitles, audio editing, subtitling and voice‑over synchronization.
Graphics & Modeling
- Creating 2D multimedia assets using Adobe Creative Cloud 6.3 or later.
- 3D Modeling & Rendering: 3D modeling, texturing and rendering with Autodesk Maya and 3ds Max.
Nice to have
- LMS Administration: Experience with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Moodle, Docebo, Cornerstone) for course deployment and testing.
- Web Languages: Advanced HTML5, CSS3,
and JavaScript for customizing Captivate courses and creating bespoke interactive widgets.
- Extended Reality (XR): Basic knowledge of Unity 3D or Unreal Engine for WebGL-based 3D simulations or VR/AR training elements.
- AI Tooling: Familiarity with AI‑driven voice‑over generators (e.g., ElevenLabs) or AI video generation tools.
Education
Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

- The contract offered for this position is a permanent one, and the salary range for this position is between EUR 25.000 € and EUR 30.000 € gross per year.
