Ingegnere/a – Protonterapia Hitachi / Engineer – Hitachi Proton Therapy The National Centre for Oncological Hadrontherapy (Fondazione CNAO), based in Pavia, is looking for an Engineer – Hitachi Proton Therapy to join the Technical Department / High Technology Unit. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, Nuclear, etc.) 3+ years of relevant experience Excellent written and spoken English skills Proven ability to read and accurately interpret engineering documentation (schematics, wiring diagrams, piping diagrams, etc.) Ability to perform manual-handling and basic physical tasks (e.g., climbing, moderate lifting) Flexibility in work hours, shift patterns, on-call duties, and local availability Preferred requirements Experience in personnel supervision Maintenance and operations experience Experience in a radiation facility Experience in quality assurance and/or regulated environments Working knowledge of electronic test and measurement instruments (DVM, oscilloscope, micrometers, etc.) Familiarity with environments involving high voltage, radiation, and electromagnetic fields Key responsibilities Manage on-site service activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and system availability Perform start-up and shutdown operations, preventive and corrective maintenance,
