What you can expect

In this role, you will evaluate customer creditworthiness, support credit risk management activities and help ensure smooth and reliable payment processes for our customers.

- Analyze company reports, financial statements, credit ratings and other relevant financial information to evaluate customer creditworthiness.
- Carry out economic and financial analyses of medium and large prospects to support credit decisions.
- Monitor customer ratings and highlight possible credit risks.
- Keep customer financial data accurate and updated.
- Manage credit limit exceedances and customer account blocks according to internal policies.
- Monitor customer payments and outstanding amounts.
- Manage bank account changes and SEPA mandates.




- Support cash collection and debt recovery activities.
- Issue credit notes according to company procedures.
- Support fraud monitoring and prevention activities.

What makes you stand out

- Bachelor's degree
- Previous customer service experience in a commercial service company (at least 2 years)
- Knowledge of credit information providers and commercial databases
- Experience in reviewing company reports, credit bureau data, and financial documentation
- Familiar with payment monitoring and cash collection
- Familiar with MS office and MS Dynamics
- Good knowledge of the English language (B1 level)
- Excellent communicative skills
- Strong customer orientation
- Proactivity and high attention to details
- Good team player
