Panicale Cashmere is looking for a Senior Womenswear Fashion Designer to join its Style Department.

We are looking for a creative professional with at least 4 years of experience in womenswear collection development, able to manage the design process from research through to sample development.

Key Responsibilities

- Research trends, colours, fabrics, yarns and accessories.
- Develop seasonal concepts and design proposals.
- Create womenswear collections, with a focus on knitwear and total look.
- Prepare technical sketches and product sheets.
- Work closely with pattern makers, product development and production teams.
- Attend fittings and support sample development.
- Collaborate with suppliers in the development of fabrics, yarns and new techniques.

Requirements





- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Fashion Designer in the fashion industry.
- Strong womenswear design background.
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Good understanding of garment construction and product development.
- Strong creative and organisational skills.
- Good command of English.
