Role We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver technical projects in a dynamic, multi‑team environment. The role requires strong leadership, Agile expertise, and the ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of management experience in the IT sector, including software development and client interaction. Strong knowledge of the software development life cycle and deployment standards. Proven experience managing projects in Agile environments with cross‑functional teams. Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA. In‑depth knowledge of Agile practices and artifacts (user stories, epics, backlog management, Definition of Ready/Done). Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. Experience working in environments involving multiple development teams. Ability to foster proactive, self‑organizing teams. Continuous improvement mindset. Fluency in English (required). Proficiency in French (plus). Nice to Have Professional Project Management certification (e.g., PMP or equivalent). Scrum Master certification (e.g., PSM or equivalent). Good knowledge of Italian (written and spoken). Knowledge of French is a plus.
Technical background in IT (e.g., architect, engineer, QA). Location Rome/Hybrid. Compensation and Employment Terms The gross annual salary ranges from €40,000 to €55,000, depending on professional experience, skills, and the level of autonomy required for the role. Employment classification will be determined in accordance with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for the Tertiary Sector, Distribution, and Services. Where applicable, the compensation package may include a performance‑based variable component (MBO – Management by Objectives) and additional benefits under the company’s policies.
