Role Overview We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our global business in Bologna, Italy. The role reports directly to the General Manager of Europe and works collaboratively with the Commercial team and potential partners. You will be 100% focused on bringing in new business development within the beauty, wellness and self‑care industry. Salary: €35,000 - €60,000 OTE depending on experience. Responsibilities Achieve sales targets consistently (KPIs). Reach out to key decision‑makers using phone, email and social touches to bring on new business (including in‑person meetings as appropriate). Present, promote and sell products and services through product demos to prospective and existing partners. Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close. Perform cost‑agevolazioni and needs analysis with existing/potential partners to align our solutions to their needs and business objectives. Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure a seamless partner experience. Provide feedback about ongoing industry trends. Contact 100% of qualified inbound leads in a timely manner and document all call outcomes in the CRM. Serve as a lead point of contact for partners on all commercial activities.



Qualifications & Experience Minimum 1 year of solid B2 B sales experience with a track record of success. Experience in Saa S, online marketplaces or payment platforms is highly desirable. Strong hunter and relationship building skills. Organised and able to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively. Natural curiosity and desire to continually grow and develop. Bi‑lingual fluency in English and another language. Experience within the beauty and wellness industry.
