Based in Rovereto, you will contribute to a strategic project aimed at capturing, structuring, and enhancing the technical know-how of the manufacturing plant, transforming operational expertise into accessible digital knowledge and training resources through company-approved digital and AI solutions. /ph3Main Responsibilities /h3ulliCollect and map technical know-how from process experts, technicians, and key plant stakeholders.



/liliStructure and organize operational knowledge into standardized and easily accessible formats. /liliDevelop digital content, guidelines, procedures, and training materials to support knowledge sharing. /liliCollaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Production, and Automation teams to identify critical knowledge areas. /liliSupport the creation and maintenance of centralized knowledge repositories and digital documentation systems. /liliContribute to the implementation of AI-based solutions for knowledge management and information retrieval. /liliAnalyze existing processes and propose innovative approaches to preserve and disseminate technical expertise. /liliFacilitate the digitalization of technical content, operating procedures, and best practices. /liliSupport continuous improvement initiatives related to training, onboarding, and operational excellence. /liliPromote knowledge-sharing culture and support the adoption of digital learning tools across the plant. /li /ulh3Main Requirements /h3ulliBachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Automation, Mechatronics, or related technical disciplines. /liliStrong interest in industrial technologies, manufacturing processes, and digital transformation.
