ppCheil Italy is looking for an bEvent Producer /b with 3-5 years of experience in experiential production, capable of managing the operational planning and delivery of events and brand experiences such as product launches, roadshows, exhibitions, temporary installations and consumers activations. /p pThe Event Producer collaborates with Creative, Strategy, Client Service and Production Teams to transform creative concepts into executable experiences, ensuring coordination of suppliers, budget control and flawless execution throughout all project phases. /p h3Role and Responsibilities: /h3 h3Project Development Production Coordination /h3 pSupport the development of experiential projects, contributing to the evaluation of production feasibility and identifying effective technical solutions for client requirements. /p h3Production Planning Execution /h3 pDevelop production timelines, coordinate project workflows and ensure all activities are delivered according to schedule and quality standards. /p pSource, negotiate and manage relationships with production suppliers, technical partners and event vendors, ensuring efficient collaboration throughout project execution. /p h3Budget Control /h3 pPrepare cost estimates, monitor production expenses and support budget management to ensure financial efficiency and project profitability. /p h3On-site Event Management /h3 pOversee event setup, live operations and dismantling, ensuring smooth execution and immediate resolution of operational issues. /p pExplore new materials and technologies that can improve event production processes and enhance consumer experiences. /p h3Required Skills: /h3 ul li3-5 years of experience in event production, experiential marketing or live communication projects /li liProven experience delivering projects such as product launches, roadshows, exhibitions, temporary installations and brand activations /li liGood knowledge of exhibition builds,
