In this role you drive technical engagement across the sales cycle, acting as a trusted advisor to prospects and partners. You will showcase Cynet’s AI-powered, unified platform, translating customer needs into secure technical solutions and guiding evaluations, PoCs, and deployments. You work closely with Sales, Product Management, and Support to shape proof points and client success, contributing to scalable security outcomes. This position offers impact in a fast-growing cybersecurity environment, with opportunities to influence deals and customer outcomes.

- Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospects and partners

- Support technical evaluations, PoCs, and deployments

- Act as a trusted advisor throughout the customer journey

- Translate customer requirements into technical solutions

- Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Support teams

- Represent Cynet at customer meetings, events, and webinars

- 5+ years of experience in roles such as Sales Engineer, Solution Engineer, Presales Security Engineering, Security Consultant, or Professional Services Engineer within cybersecurity





- Strong experience with Endpoint Security, XDR, EDR, SIEM, SOAR, Identity Security, Cloud Security and Incident Response and MITRE ATT&CK; TTPs

- Experience designing and delivering technical demonstrations, PoCs, workshops, and customer enablement sessions

- Ability to understand customer business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

- Experience supporting Enterprise customers and Channel Partners through the pre-sales lifecycle

- Solid knowledge of Windows & Linux administration, Active Directory & Microsoft Entra ID, Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Firewalls), MITRE ATT&CK;, Threat xlwpduy Detection & Incident Response, Microsoft 365 Security, Azure and/or AWS

- Proven experience in SOAR integrations, security workflow automation, playbook development, API integrations (REST APIs, JSON)

- Experience responding to procurement requests (RFP/RFI/RFQ/RFE) and writing high-quality technical responses

- Ability to coordinate with Product Management and Engineering, produce architecture diagrams and technical documentation, and present to executives

- Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence in daily work; nice-to-have in SIEM/SOAR/EDR/XDR
