/p pYou will work closely with IT leaders, Procurement, project teams, and strategic partners to ensure service delivery meets business expectations, contractual commitments, and operational standards.
In addition, you will support Project Management Office (PMO) activities, helping coordinate initiatives, monitor progress, and contribute to successful project execution.

/p /li lipMaintain and enhance dashboards, scorecards, and performance reports.
/p /li lipIdentify service deviations, risks, and improvement opportunities, escalating concerns when appropriate.
/p /li lipContribute to service quality monitoring and operational performance reviews.
/p /li /ul h3Data Analysis Reporting /h3 ul lipCollect, validate, and consolidate performance data from multiple sources.
/p /li lipAnalyze trends,



recurring issues, and operational risks.
/p /li lipProduce meaningful reports and insights to support decision-making.
/p /li lipAssist in preparing regular performance reviews and executive-level summaries.

/p /li lipContribute to the planning, tracking, and reporting of project deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
/p /li lipAssist in maintaining project documentation (e.g., project plans, status reports, RAID logs, action trackers).
/p /li lipHelp coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
/p /li lipSupport resource planning, tracking of dependencies, and alignment across stakeholders.
/p /li lipProvide support in monitoring project progress and highlighting risks or delays to senior team members.




/p /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul lipInformation Technology or similar.
Bachelor's degree required; advance degree preferred /p /li lip1-3 years' experience in IT vendor management, procurement, PMO support (internships included) /p /li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 ul lipUnderstanding of vendor management, IT service delivery, and performance management concepts.
/p /li lipFamiliarity with SLAs, KPIs, OLAs, and service governance processes.
/p /li lipStrong analytical and reporting capabilities.
/p /li lipGood knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with reporting or visualization tools is a plus.
/p /li lipFamiliarity with project management methodologies and tools is advantageous.
