/p h3The impact you'll make /h3 pAt Lam, as a Field Process Engineer you are a customer-focused expert on our equipment, pushing the boundaries to meet customer needs.
You're responsible for completing process support, evaluation, and documentation of process outputs for hardware modifications and upgrades.
You play a vital role in supporting the customer in installations, training, and identifying design improvements with product groups.
/p pIn this role, you will be based in Agrate but you will have to work on customer site as well as travels within Europe and outside Europe for Trainings or business purposes.
/p h3What You'll Do /h3 ulliProvide process support, installation of Lam equipment at customer sites.
/liliComplete Design of Experiments (DOE) evaluations to characterize process window for new installations or modifications.
/liliDevelop new processes for small variants to existing customer applications.
/liliConduct experiments, collect, analyze data, generate reports, and provide recommendations.
/liliCollaborates with cross-functional teams and customers to understand their needs, technology roadmaps, process flow, requirements, and business challenges.
/liliRepresent Lam to our valued customers and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.

/li /ulh3Minimum Qualifications /h3 h3Who we're looking for /h3 ulliMasters of Science in Chemistry, Physics, Material Science, or related field; or Bachelors of Science with 2+ years of relevant work experience.
/liliProficiency in computer applications, including data analysis tools, word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
/liliExcellent communication, written, and verbal, and customer relationship skills.
/liliItalian and English langages are required /liliAbility to work in a cleanroom environment, wearing personal protective safety equipment, or cleanroom suit, and on-call if needed.
/liliThis is a graduate eligible role.
/li /ulh3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ulliIn-depth understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and/or Design of Experiments (DOE).
/liliFoundational analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
