/p /brpThe bSenior Security Engineer /b role is available as a bHybrid or Fully Remote position based in Ireland /b (due to local employment constraints) or as an bEU-based Consulting engagement /b.

In this role, you will act as the primary security authority for Dexmond's core infrastructure and AI platforms,



leading the end-to-end security design, threat modeling, and posture review of our autonomous systems.
/p /brh3Key Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brlibAI Platform Threat Modeling: /b Perform deep threat modeling and vulnerability assessments tailored to dynamic AI architectures, neuroevolution pipelines (Krittr), and autonomous system control loops.
/li /brlibSecure Architecture Zero-Trust Design: /b Build, enforce, and audit secure-by-design patterns and zero-trust policies across hybrid, edge, and cloud-connected platforms.
/li /brlibAdversarial Application Security: /b Establish application security standards across APIs, microservices, and file encryption suites.
Identify and mitigate risks specific to AI, such as model poisoning, prompt/logic manipulation, and inference exploits.
/li /brlibOffensive Security Pen-Testing Coordination: /b Oversee external penetration testing and internal offensive security routines across enterprise orchestration suites and autonomous vehicle/flight codebases.
/li /brlibCompliance Sovereignty Governance: /b Ensure platform alignment with GDPR, ISO *****, NIST frameworks, and domain-specific regulations for high-assurance sectors.

/li /brlibAI Emerging Threat Expertise: /b Familiarity with AI/ML security concepts (e.g., OWASP Top 10 for LLMs/AI, adversarial ML, deterministic output validation, or secure model deployment).
/li /brlibNetwork Systems Infrastructure: /b Deep understanding of zero-trust architecture, network segmentation, firewalls, container security (Kubernetes/Docker), and cloud/hybrid isolation.
/li /brlibGovernance Standards: /b Functional knowledge of risk management frameworks (ISO *****, NIST CSF) and privacy requirements (GDPR, sovereign data practices).
