/p h3Job responsibilities /h3 ul liTo define, in collaboration with Corporate Quality, quality objectives of production processes /li liDevelop/maintain Control Plans (raw materials to finished goods), monitor performance, and ensure adherence /li liTo perform audits on the product's quality by highlighting the appropriate corrective actions, monitoring their execution and effectiveness /li liCollect/analyze internal and supplier non-quality data, identify root causes, and manage costs; /li liTo ensure the monitoring of the defects process and responsiveness in face of anomalies /li liTo prepare issue air quality plans for new products /li liTo manage the process of continuous improvement in terms of quality and reliability through the analysis of quality problems, managing improvement plans /li liTo ensure the implementation of corrective measures as a result of internal and external audits and following the plans of defects internal process improvement and product /li liTo monitor corrective actions,



verify effectiveness and provide feedback /li liTo participate in the development and improvement of the FMEA process /li liPersonal visits to the customers /li liTo certify and report the variations of process product and make sure that each variant is approved according to the procedure /li liTo ensure that customer requirements are respected/compliant in the audit /li liValidate conformity of finished product /li /ul h3Profile /h3 pBachelor degree or above in Industrial sectors (mechanical, electrical, materials engineering, Physics or equivalent, preferable in the area of his / her business) /p pEnglish fluent, additional language is preferred /p pExperience in the technical field and production plant quality /p h3Additional information /h3 ul liAnalytical skills, synthesis ability, reactive approach, teamwork and negotiation skills, ability to push, lead and challenge suppliers /li liKnowledge and practice of quality tools: Failure Mode and Effect Analysis, Statistical Process Control , Process capabilities, Pareto, problem solving methods (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, Fault Tree Analysis, experience capitalization, etc.), Measurement System Analysis /li liGood knowledge of MS Office suites /li liTravel availability ******%) /li liGross annual salary of at least €70,000 CCNL Pelli e Cuoio Livello Quadro /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
