The Candidate
Wearelookingfor ahighlyorganizedanddetail-orientedProcurementSpecialistwhothrivesin afar-paced, internationalenvironment. Theidealcandidateisproactive,reliable, andenjoyscoordinatingwith suppliers andinternalteams toensureseamlesstouroperationsand anoutstandingcustomerexperience.

Responsibilities
Ticket Procurement & Inventory Management

Purchase tickets for museums,attractions, andvenuesacrossParis, withadditionalsupport for Barcelona.

Prepareticketpurchasingfiles andperforminventorychecks to accommodate last-minute bookings.

Coordinate with suppliers toensureticketavailabilityandtimelydelivery forallscheduledtours.

Booking &OperationalSupport;

Book supplier servicesrequiredfor tours,includingtransportation,restaurants,radios, andotheroperationalservices.





Support the Product Delivery andGuidesOperations teamswheneveroperationalassistanceisrequired.

Collaboratecloselywith the Paris Procurement Manager and Operations team toensuresmoothdailyoperations.

CRM & Data Management

Upload tickets and bookingdocumentationintothe CRMaccuratelyand on time.

Update ticketdetails,includingguest names and tour start times,ensuringallbooking informationiscorrect.

Regularlyverifythateverytourhasthecorrecttickets anddocumentationattachedin the CRMbeforedeparture.

Experience with booking systems, CRMplatforms, or data entryisappreciatedbutnotessential.

A stronginterestin the travelindustryandwillingnesstolearnarehighlyvalued.

Experiencewithinthe Paristourismindustryisanadvantage,butnotmandatory.

Frenchisconsidereda strongadvantage.

Strongproblem-solvingabilitiesandabilityto work under pressure.

Trustworthy,responsible, andabletomanagemultipleprioritiessimultaneously.

Comfortableworkingin adynamic, fast-paced, internationalenvironment.
