THIS EXCITING CHALLENGE IS WAITING FOR YOU

Responsibility and management of the complete sales cycle of an ASM model year to Bicycle Dealers Network for your sales area in Italy
Relationship management with the different stakeholders on the side of our distribution partners
Analysis of the respective sales area and provision of advice to the distribution partner
Providing advice to Dealers on how to gain process efficiency, the organization of sales and distribution planning and the synchronization with the logistic and informational processes
Management of the forecasting process and market requirements with the internal cockpit team and the customer
Feedback on important ASM functionalities, new distribution approaches,



new market entrants, competitor behavior and demonstration of potential market opportunities
THESE CHARACTERISTICS DISTINGUISH YOU

Degree/diploma in business administration or industrial engineering
Well-grounded sales experiences, ideally in the cycling industry or in another premium and technical sports retail network
Exemplary communication skills and strong team spirit
Fluent in Italian and English, French knowledge is a plus
Funded MS-Office know-how and familiar with digital communication
Based in the mentioned Italian region with a high flexibility and willingness to travel
Quick comprehension and good coordination skills
Passionate about the cycling industry and its products
