In this Finance Business Partner role, you oversee accounting, tax, legal, reporting and control for the Italian subsidiary, partnering with the General Manager to drive performance. You align local activities with group standards and US GAAP, ensuring timely, accurate management and statutory reporting. You support business decisions with insightful analyses and KPI reporting, coordinating budgeting and forecasting with the central FP&A.; This position combines technical accounting with strategic business partnering to enable growth and risk management in a multinational context.

- Coordinate accounting, tax and legal activities across the subsidiary and ensure compliance with group accounting principles, US GAAP and local GAAP
- Ensure timely production of accurate management and statutory reporting
- Prepare, audit and file statutory accounts within local and group deadlines
- Manage tax matters including timely tax returns, payments and tax reporting; address tax questions from the group
- Collaborate with group legal manager to maintain controls over legal risks
- Provide local and group management with business partnering, reports and analyses
- Produce monthly reports and KPIs to drive efficiency in teams and processes
- Deliver monthly P&L; and headcount reporting with variance analysis
- Coordinate monthly RO/Forecast with variance analysis
- Coordinate with Central FP&A; for annual budget process and other required reporting
- Manage Power BI reporting and related tools for reporting and financial analysis
- Bachelor/Master xlwpduy in finance or related field
- Experience in multinational company environment
- Strong technical finance and accounting skills plus finance business partnering experience
- Solid understanding of local finance and accounting regulations
- Experience with ERP and BI tools (SAP / Power BI)
- Fluent in Italian and English; other languages a plus
