Overview

Senior Project Engineer role across the European region, mainly in Casarile, Italy. Ensure technical excellence, safety, and sustainability in every phase. Responsible for the technical and engineering aspects of assigned projects and contribute to delivering in time and within budget.

Responsibilities

- Lead and execute investment projects safely, on time, on budget, and in line with Henkel’s Project Management Framework
- Manage all technical and engineering aspects of assigned projects in the European region, mainly in Casarile - Italy
- Drive all project phases — from feasibility and concept development to execution, commissioning, start-up, hand-over and project closure, including lessons learned
- Identify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks, resolving and escalating issues as appropriate
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with project stakeholders and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and transparency
- Collaborate with internal experts and technology specialists to secure best-in-class technical solutions
- Facilitate ongoing best practice exchange between sites and the regional engineering group
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement
