Experteer Overview As an Electrical Engineer in Milan, you will contribute to electrical design and project support for data centers and mission‐critical facilities. You will work within multidisciplinary teams on fast‐paced projects, shaping reliable electrical architectures and integration with HVAC systems. You'll engage in design, specifications, testing, and commissioning to ensure code‐compliant, scalable power solutions. Perform electrical load calculations considering IT loads, cooling, and future expansion.
Assist in specifying transformers, switchgear, UPS, distribution boards, and protection devices per standards.
Contribute to reliable electrical architectures with redundancy concepts and automatic transfer systems.
Coordinate with mechanical engineers for integration with HVAC and cooling equipment.
Apply national and international standards under senior guidance.
Prepare drawings, reports, and specifications; interface with architects, contractors, and project teams.
Support testing, commissioning, and site activities to verify installation against design intent.
Stay informed on data center technologies, reliability concepts, and energy‐efficient design strategies.
Responsabilità Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
Approx. 5 years in electrical design for buildings, infrastructure, or critical facilities.
Basic experience with data center projects or mission‐critical environments.
Familiarity with power distribution, emergency power, load calculations, equipment sizing, short‐circuit/arc‐flash studies, and electrical codes.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD a
