We are currently looking for an experienced CAD-PLM Specialist to be responsible for the management, development and continuous improvement of the Company's Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) infrastructure. The role supports engineering and manufacturing processes by ensuring the PLM platform is reliable, efficient, and aligned with business needs. Further, theywill also provide user support, ensuring effective adoption and usage of the PLM and CAD systems across departments
CAD-PLM System Management & Development Manage and maintain the existing PLM-CAD system, ensuring stability and performance;




Develop and enhance PLM-CAD functionalities in line with business requirements;
Configure workflows, data structures, and integrations with other enterprise systems (e.g. ERP, internal Materials DB, ...);
Support system upgrades, testing, and deployments;
Ensure data integrity, governance, and best practices within the PLM environment.
User Support & Training Provide day-to-day support to CAD-PLM users across engineering and other departments;
Troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution;
Track and update issues in the dedicated internal support portal;
Deliver user training and create documentation and guidelines;
Promote best practices and efficient system usage.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Work closely with engineering, design, and manufacturing teams;
Gather requirements and translate them into system improvements;
Identify opportunities to optimize processes through whole PLM infrastructure;
Escalate issues to the PLM
