Experteer Overview In this role you will drive Automotive Distribution growth across Central Europe by partnering with distributors and aligning cross‐functional teams. You will shape demand generation, manage a strong sales pipeline, and ensure successful execution of business plans. The position involves high collaboration with product management, pricing, and sales operations to achieve profitable growth and strong market presence. This is a high‐impact, international role with significant travel and KPI‐driven targets. Retribuzione / Benefits Manage and strengthen relationships with key automotive distributors in Central Europe Execute business plans to grow Automotive Distribution across EMIA Identify new opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline with channel partners Drive demand creation and convert opportunities into revenue via disciplined funnel management Collaborate with distributor sales teams and internal stakeholders to improve POS/POP performance Deliver product training and raise awareness of automotive solutions within distributor networks Coordinate with Product Management, Pricing, Supply Chain, Sales Ops, and Demand Creation to ensure successful execution Conduct regular business reviews, monitor inventory, demand signals, and account development plans Ensure accurate reporting using sales dashboards and tools Responsabilità Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent technical/commercial experience Experience in Account Management, Channel Sales, Product Management, or Distribution sales Background in electronic/electrical components or other technical B2 B products Proven ability to manage strategic customer or distributor relationships and drive growth Experience in demand creation, pipeline management, and sales opportunity conversion Comfortable in a large, matrix organization with KPIs and structured processes Strong knowledge of Salesforce, Excel, Power Point, Power BI, and reporting tools Strategic thinker with a resu
