Experteer Overview In this role you shape the Indulgence category strategy and bring irresistible offerings to a global audience. You collaborate with R&D;, Packaging and Operations to launch new SKUs and ensure product visibility and availability through Trade Marketing and Sales. You'll monitor performance, support promotions, and prepare insights for stakeholders, driving measurable impact. Retribuzione / Benefits Support development and optimization of the Indulgence portfolio
Collaborate with R&D;, Packaging, and Operations to launch new SKUs
Coordinate with Trade Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain for visibility and availability
Support promotional planning and measure impact
Monitor product performance and lifecycle
Prepare presentations and reports for stakeholders




Assist in market research and desk analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Manage product data, pricing, and packaging specifications
Responsabilità Degree in Economics, Marketing, Management, or related fields
2-5 years of experience in marketing, trade marketing, or product management (preferred)
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; SAP knowledge is a plus
Passion for food, indulgence, and consumer brands
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Collaborative spirit and results-driven mindset
Fluency in English and German or Italian
