Job Overview





We are looking for an After Sales Zone Manager t o ensure the achievement of technical and commercial targets (customer satisfaction), optimizing both process and sell-out actions, by the Authorized repairers

Your Responsibilities
- Workshop Loyalty: set-up of the sales purchasing target per workshop, constant alignment with Parts ZM and Hub Sales Manager to define commercial policies and animation, definition of action plans and follow up
- Service Marketing activities: definition of the marketing plan at workshop level through the tools and resources made available by PSA: Marketing portal, ATL and BTL plans, POS materials, CRM activities
- Ensure and track service quality, customer satisfaction & Stellantis standards compliance
- Monitor CSI & IACS KPIs and share the action plans with Service Manager
- Share Quality results linked with the remuneration policy
- Manage technical & warranty KPIs including recall campaigns follo
