Reports to Restaurant Manager. /p h3Main Duties Responsibilities /h3 ul liOrganize and supervise all banqueting operations as planned by the Events Office and/or FB Manager. /li liManage and develop staff in everyday operations according to our standards and procedures. /li liMaintain a professional relationship with guests and colleagues. /li liAnticipate guests’ needs and handle guest complaints. /li liInventory and requisitions – assist in monitoring stock levels and ordering replacement deliveries, avoiding waste. /li liEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liExperience providing exceptional customer service. /li liFriendly and attentive demeanor with the ability to answer questions, provide recommendations, and ensure a positive dining experience for guests. /li liStrong communication skills to interact with guests, take orders accurately, and communicate with the kitchen and other staff members. /li liProfessional experience within the same role for a minimum of 3 years. /li liFluent in Italian and English.
