Technical Sales Manager - Tiles & Engobes
Location: Maranello, Italy (Maranello Facility).

Location & Travel: Hybrid setup: 2 days per week in the Maranello lab/office; the remaining time split between customer visits, international travel, and home office. Customers are located across Italy, Spain, Turkey, Tunisia, Algeria, Egypt, Poland and other regions. The role involves frequent travel, approximately 8–10 days per month, including time spent on customer sites during trials and implementation phases. We are looking for someone who is already based near Maranello or willing to relocate.
Candidates from other EU countries will also be considered, provided they are open to relocating and working from Italy.
Fluency in English is required.

Customer Complaint Management
Lead investigations and root cause analysis
Implement corrective actions and follow up on execution
Communicate findings and solutions to customers
Quality & Product Performance
Monitor product and plant quality trends
Identify deviations and support resolution with Operations
Prepare and share quality reports with internal teams and customers
Customer Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with customer technical and production teams
Understand customer needs and production processes
Support product trials and gather feedback
Technical Support & Continuous Improvement
Support customers and plants in problem solving
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure alignment on product specifications
