This is a full-time, unlimited contract position with a hybrid work mode, offering the opportunity to contribute to innovative agricultural solutions in a dynamic and inclusive environment. /p h3Your responsibilities /h3 ul liConducting product performance trials to assess the added value of new varieties. /li liCollecting, analyzing, and reporting quantitative and qualitative trial data. /li liSupporting the Product Development Manager with data-driven proposals for PLC advancement. /li liIndependently managing and executing field trials in your territory, in coordination with distributors, agents, and the crop trial plan. /li liDesigning trial plans and protocols, ensuring high-quality execution and data completeness. /li liUsing tools like Mercado for data analysis and reporting. /li liCollaborating with sales, breeding, and product management teams to gather market insights. /li liProviding expert product information and cultivation advice.
