Together with colleagues, the candidate will be responsible for the proper routine and special maintenance of the facility, ensuring the efficient operation of systems, equipment, and common areas, and contributing to a positive guest experience. **Key Responsibilities:** + Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical, plumbing, heating, and mechanical systems. + Handle quick repairs for breakdowns or malfunctions reported by guests or staff. + Conduct periodic inspections of boilers, HVAC systems, lighting, elevators, and other technical and electrical infrastructure. + Assist with setup tasks and minor carpentry, painting, and masonry work. + Monitor and maintain order in technical areas, the tool storage room, and material stock. + Collaborate with suppliers and external contractors during specialized work. + Compile maintenance reports and report the need for replacements or investments. + Ensure compliance with safety, fire prevention, and hygiene regulations. + Respond promptly in the event of technical emergencies. + Verify and maintain compliance with CEI regulations and safety standards. + Keep the maintenance log up to date and report the need for replacements or technological upgrades. + Collaborate with external companies during testing, certification, and specialized maintenance.
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** _Education and Technical Skills_ + _Technical diploma in electrical engineering, electronics, or equivalent._ + _Skills in residential and industrial electrical systems, reading electrical schematics, and diagnostic software._ + _At least intermediate proficiency in English._ + _Possession of PES/PAV/PEI (CEI 11-27) certification is a highly preferred qualification._ + _Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus._ **_Soft Skills_** + _Precision and attention to safety._ + _Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with other hotel departments._ + _Willingness to work shifts and cover weekends_ _Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience._ _At Marriott International, we are dedicated to being an equal opportunity employer, welcoming all and providing access to opportunity.
