Responsibilities
- Independently draft, review, and negotiate contracts for the sale and purchase of products, services, and equipment, ensuring alignment with business objectives and risk mitigation principles.
- Act as a key point of contact for Program Management, Business Development, and Supply Chain on contractual matters, providing guidance on terms and conditions.
- Ensure full compliance with contractual obligations, corporate policies, and applicable laws, proactively identifying and escalating risks where necessary.
- Manage end‑to‑end export licensing activities, ensuring timely application, approval, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Support Business Development and project teams by integrating trade compliance considerations from early bid stages through project execution.
- Contribute to Contract Acceptance Reviews, ensuring export control and compliance requirements are properly assessed and addressed.




- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure proper management of export control requirements related to equipment, technology, and data in line with Italian and international regulations.
- Prepare and deliver contract and export compliance reports for internal stakeholders and external authorities.
- Maintain and continuously improve contract and export licence tracking systems, ensuring data accuracy and traceability.
- Redigere, revisionare e negoziare in autonomia contratti per la fornitura e l’acquisto di prodotti, servizi, garantendo la mitigazione dei rischi.
- Agire come punto di riferimento principale per i vari dipartimenti aziendali (Program Management, Business Development e Supply Chain) su questioni contrattuali, fornendo consulenza su termini e condizioni.
- Garantire la piena conformità agli obblighi contrattuali, alle policy aziendali e alle leggi applicabili, identificando e segnalando proattivamente eventuali rischi.
