Experteer Overview

In this role you will lead the NA Aftermarket finance function, guiding strategic financial decisions to support three distribution sites and one remanufacturing site. You work closely with the aftermarket leadership team to drive performance, ensure compliance, and translate financial insights into actionable actions. You’ll develop talent, streamline planning and reporting, and partner with stakeholders to align finance with corporate objectives. This is a high-impact position at a key leadership level, shaping financial strategy in a manufacturing and distribution context.

- Own P&L; budgeting, forecasting, and actuals consolidation for three distribution sites and one remanufacturing site
- Provide guidance and evaluation to execute strategic initiatives as part of the aftermarket leadership team
- Deliver information and analysis on financial and operational performance to drive actionable improvements
- Manage the NA Aftermarket finance team and ensure high standards of execution, accuracy, and compliance
- Direct work, delegate effectively, and remove obstacles to enable precise financial processes and planning




- Communicate financial insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels, highlighting risks, opportunities, and recommended actions
- Plan and align resources to keep financial planning and analysis tightly connected to organizational strategies and timelines
- Partner with stakeholders to interpret data, forecast performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and mitigate risk while enabling business outcomes

Responsabilità

- Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence decision‑making
- Expert financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and risks and propose improvements
- Proficient financial planning and forecasting to support decision‑making and strategy
- Comprehensive financial regulations acumen including tax, banking, pension, and local accounting
- Significant managerial and budgetary experience in a small operations manufacturing or distribution environment
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (required); Microsoft Access (preferred); AS400 (preferred)
- Experience in leadership and development of finance teams
