Responsibilities Create and implement strategy to ensure timely delivery of power to development sites in support of existing and future leases Lead execution of all substation and utility build projects across a large European campus portfolio Serve on the diligence team to evaluate utility capacity feasibility for potential new sites Manage partners, consultants, and contractors involved in electrical substation design and construction Lead standardisation of utility substation design including distribution feeds to multiple buildings Manage budgets and cost forecasting across all utility projects including construction and equipment Develop transformer and equipment specifications and procure substation lo
