Key Responsibilities
- Manage quotations (spares/repair) utilizing established management tools (SAP, E‑Commerce, etc.).
- Process and monitor assigned customer orders, ensuring compliance with both internal and external priorities.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments and functions (e.g., Material Management, Warehouse, Quality)



to ensure adherence to Lead Time and Turnaround Time (TAT) commitments.
- Ensure all commitments are met, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Manage the return process for unserviceable parts.

Requirements
- Education: University Degree in Supply Chain and Logistics, Management Engineering, or similar relevant fields.
- Experience: Junior: 1–3 years of working experience.
- Language Skills: Excellent knowledge of the English language (B2 level or equivalent) is mandatory.
- IT Skills: Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Behavioral Competencies: Strong analytical and complex thinking skills. Decision-making ability. Change-oriented. Results-oriented and highly effective in execution. Customer-focused (internal/external). Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Other Requirements: Availability for business travel when required.
